Is the emergency room open all day?
Yes. The emergency room is open 24 hours a day, every day, and no deposit is needed before emergency care.
Do I need an appointment to see a doctor?
Some doctors see patients by appointment and some by queue. Each doctor's page says which, and you can reserve a slot or a queue number online.
Do you accept PhilHealth and HMOs?
Yes. PhilHealth is deducted from your bill, and the HMOs we accept are listed on the HMO page along with how to request a letter of authorization.
Where can I see room rates?
Every room class and its daily rate is on the rooms page, and the price guide lists common charges with the date they took effect.
How do I get my results or records?
Ask the department that did the test, or send a records request through the contact page. Records are released only to the patient or someone they authorize.
