What to bring, what happens during a stay, and how to visit someone who is admitted.
Before your visit
- Bring a valid ID and your PhilHealth ID or number
- Bring your HMO card if you have one
- Bring past results and your list of medicines
- Book ahead for a clinic day, or come early for the queue
During your stay
- Your room class sets the daily rate
- Ask for your statement of account any day
- One watcher may stay with you
- Tell the nurse about any allergy
After your visit
- Follow-up dates are on your discharge papers
- Prescriptions can be filled at our pharmacy
- Results can be released to you or your doctor
- Documents can be checked on the verify page
Insurance and billing
- PhilHealth is deducted before you pay
- HMO letters of authorization are handled at admitting
- Senior and PWD discounts apply to your own bill
- Ask billing about a promissory note if needed
Visiting a patient
Visiting hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily; ICU by schedule
- Visiting hours are set by the hospital and posted at the entrance. The front desk can tell you today's hours.
- Wear a visitor pass while inside, and leave it at the desk when you go.
- Children may need to wait outside some units, including intensive care.
- Please do not visit if you have a fever, cough or cold.
- Keep voices low in the wards; patients here are resting.
- Parking is on a first come, first served basis. Ask a guard where to leave a vehicle for a quick drop-off.
