What this website collects about you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Only what a form asks for: your name, date of birth, mobile number and e-mail, and for some forms your PhilHealth number, HMO details and the reason for a visit. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Why
To book and manage your appointment, to prepare an admission, to request an HMO approval, to answer your message, and to keep the records the law requires of a hospital.
Health information
The reason for a visit and anything about your health is sensitive personal information. We ask your separate consent for it, share it only with the staff and doctors caring for you, and never show it on this website. A running bill and an appointment status show no clinical details.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become a visit are deleted once they are answered. Medical records are kept as long as Department of Health rules require.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, and complain to the National Privacy Commission.
