    Your doctor's order

    A planned admission starts with your doctor's admission order, with the date and the reason.

    Tell us ahead

    Send a pre-admission request with your PhilHealth and HMO details, or visit admitting. We call you to confirm.

    Choose a room class

    Your room class sets the daily rate. Every class and its rate is on the rooms page.

  4. 04

    Deposit for a planned stay

    Admitting tells you the deposit for your room class before you are admitted. It is credited to your bill.

What to bring

  • Your doctor's admission order
  • A valid ID for the patient and the watcher
  • PhilHealth ID or number, and the member data record if asked
  • HMO card and letter of authorization, if you have them
  • Guarantee letters from government offices or sponsors
  • Your current medicines, in their boxes

Going home

  • When is discharge?

    Your doctor writes the discharge order. Billing then prepares the final bill with PhilHealth and HMO deductions, and a nurse explains your medicines and follow-up.

  • What if I cannot pay in full?

    Talk to billing before discharge. A promissory note may be allowed under RA 9439; billing explains what applies to your case.
